We are proudly based in New York, NY and currently ship domestically within the United States using UPS and USPS.
General Shipping We provide the following shipping options:
Standard Ground: 5–8 Business Days via UPS or USPS
Expedited Shipping: 3–4 Business Days via UPS
Overnight Shipping: 2 Business Days via UPS
If you are shipping to military locations (APO or FPO addresses), we use USPS Priority Mail for the 3–4 Business Days option. Delivery to distant locations such as naval vessels, embassies, and remote bases may take up to 4 weeks. If you are shipping to a military address, we recommend placing your order by phone at 310-343-4099 for best service.
Please Note:
All orders require 2–4 business days for processing regardless of the shipping method selected. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing the following business day.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Placing an order does not guarantee shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory availability.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges are calculated based on UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping tables, and reflect package weight, size, distance, and selected delivery method. Please note:
Expedited and Overnight services cost approximately twice the rate of Standard Ground.
Due to the nature of bulk candy and snack items, shipping-to-product-cost ratios may be high.
Shipping Promotion Enjoy free Standard Ground shipping on orders over $50. If you wish to expedite your order, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost of the faster delivery method selected.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & DELIVERY INTERCEPTS
If a customer provides an incorrect address and the order has already shipped, we will assist in intercepting or correcting the delivery. Please note:
UPS charges a minimum fee of $17.00 for address corrections or intercepts.
USPS typically does not offer intercept services for all packages and success may vary. USPS Package Intercept fees start at $17.00, with additional postage required.
These charges will be passed directly to the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
SERVICE AREAS
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products—including chocolates, candies, snacks, and beverages—we cannot guarantee safe delivery or freshness over long international transit routes.
TIMELY DELIVERY & DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
We are happy to accommodate delivery by specific dates under the following conditions:
You must notify us at the time of order that delivery by a certain date is required.
Your order must be shipped via UPS Overnight or UPS 2 Day.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders shipped via Standard Ground or USPS, and we cannot issue refunds or credits for missed dates unless both conditions above are met. Rino’s Confections is not responsible for delays due to weather, natural disasters, accidents, or carrier disruptions.
WARMER WEATHER & SUMMER SHIPPING
Please note: We do not offer refunds for melted products.
During warm weather months or when shipping to hot climates, we highly recommend selecting Expedited or Overnight shipping and ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. We may include ice packs or insulated packaging at our discretion, but cannot guarantee items will remain unmelted.
Customers assume responsibility for weather-related risks. For time-sensitive or heat-sensitive orders, please contact us and we will advise on the best shipping method to minimize melting or spoilage.
